  1. Shipping regions

We currently ship to: Member States of the European Union only.

We do not currently ship outside the European Union.

  1. Processing and production times

Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within the processing and production window shown on the relevant product page and/or at checkout.

Production times may vary by product type, blank availability, personalisation requirements, destination, and seasonal demand.

  1. Transit times

Estimated transit times after dispatch depend on destination, carrier, and service level, and are shown at checkout and/or in your shipment confirmation where available.

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

  1. Split shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately if they are fulfilled from different facilities or become available at different times.

  1. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Express, priority, or upgraded delivery options may involve additional fees.

  1. Customs, duties, and import taxes

Because we currently ship only within the European Union, customs duties are not generally expected. However, deliveries to territories with special customs or tax treatment may still attract local charges where legally applicable, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

  1. Delivery address and failed delivery

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused solely by customer errors in the delivery details provided.

If a shipment is returned because it was undeliverable, refused without legal basis, unclaimed, or blocked by customs due to customer inaction, we may charge the direct re-shipping cost or deduct unrecoverable direct costs from any non-mandatory refund, to the extent permitted by law.

  1. Delivery risk

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, and except where you appoint your own carrier outside the options proposed by us, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

  1. Late delivery

If your order is materially delayed, please contact us at support@pawsandpistonsmc.com. Where mandatory law gives you rights in the event of delay or non-delivery, those rights remain fully applicable.

  1. Lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an abnormal period or the parcel appears lost, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and/or fulfilment partner.

We reserve the right to require a reasonable investigation period before re-shipping or refunding, provided that this does not undermine mandatory consumer rights.

  1. Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and take photographs where reasonably possible, then contact us promptly. Prompt notice helps claims handling but is not a condition for statutory defect rights.
